Where design meets cost. Guidance on construction materials and associated costs will be discussed. An overview of the contractor selection process will be provided.
A construction and
bid package will be compiled.
Available upon request. Consulting is typically requested on extensive renovations or new builds to ensure the home takes
shape as specified.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
In our initial phone call, we'll discuss the project type and timing, as well as provide an overview of services. If we're a good match, a site visit will follow and service proposal.
Leading with your vision, partnered with our experience, we'll generate a design to suit your style.
Pre-construction estimates are offered to align the budget to the design. Guidance on construction materials and associated costs will be discussed. Contractor guidance can be offered.
Once satisfied, construction drawings and permit plans will be generated. A bid package will be compiled for you to submit to various contractors.
